Main features

Thinning advantage 
1 .It can improve internal structure of aluminium bar obviously.
2 .It can improve the products final mechanical performance ,intensity and elongation rate to a great extent.
3 .It can reduce extrusion pressure, energy consumption and die loss.
4 .It will improve extrusion rate and productivity.
5 .It will improve rate of finished product.
6 .It will improve uniformity and brightness of oxidation coloring.
 
Technical parameters
1.Use level:0.5-1.0kg for one ton aluminium .
2.Temperature700-740℃
 
Use method 
After skimming of slag, the required amount of titanium and boron additive will be thrown into aluminium melt bath evenly and dispersedly and reacts for 3or 5 minutes till yellowish green ting flame disappears,then refining process can be implemented later.
 
Packaging and storage
It is 0.5kg for each block,2kg for each package and 20kg for each box .which shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place .The storage period is one year if plastic bag is not damaged.
