Detailed introduction：

SX-ALZr10

Main features
1.This product will produce a number of ZrAl3 high melting point fine grains dispersively distributed. While solidifying. They will act  as external crystal nucleus to fine grain structure so as to fine grain structure so as to enhance intensity and plasticity of aluminium material or casting and improve comprehensive mechanical performance.
 
2 .This product is white block metal with 250g for each. It has smooth surface without obvious visible slag holes.
 
3.Low adding temperature and low consumption for zirconium element.

Purpose
It is used for adding of zirconium element or grain thinning in aluminium alloy melting.

Chemical composition
Zr content:9-11%  Fe<0.3%   Si<0.25%  Al:Margin

Use method
1.Before use, dry it up .
2 .Adding temperature:≥720℃.
3.Adding volume :It shall be depend om calculation and test result
Adding method:Heat up to the required temperature,skim thee floating slag, put this product into various places of aluminium liquid,mix up evenly and place for 20-30 minutes.It is required to mix up evenly before pouring.

Packaging and storing
It is 25 kg for each packed carton. It shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place with one year of storage period.
