Principle and function
This product is high temperature environmental protection drossing flux agent ,The drossing flux contains a lot of substance to greatly enhance superficial tension between aluminium and slag and a quantity of heating substance, which can turn sticky wet slag and block slag into powder slag,enable aluminium in slag to flow back to bath so as to achieve separation of aluminium and slag.
 
Use method
1.Use inside furnace:
When aluminium is melt and heated up to casting temperature,spread drossing  flux with shovel onto the slag face, then strike with steel rake lightly,Mix aluminium slag for 3-5 minutes,then skim the slag finally.
2.Use outside furnace:
spread drossing flux on aluminium slag removed just a moment ago,and then stir the slag.
 
Technical parameters.
use level:1.0-3.0kg for one of aluminium.
1.Operating temperature 600~740℃

Moisture<1.0%,Grains size -18 mesh
 
Packaging and storage
It is 2kg for each package and 20kg for each box,which shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place, The storage period is one year if plastic bag are not damaged.It can be further used when it is ground into powder and dried  under the temperature of 100℃.
