Main features
1.This product contains lanthanum,cerium,praseodymium,neodymium and other combined rare earth elements, Which can reduce crystal grain size,cleanse melt liquid,enhance alloy intensity and plasticity and improve processing performance.
2.It can obviously reduce harm of Si impurity to electric performance when it used in electric performance when it used in electric aluminium and RE(rare earth)
3 .This product can optimize and fine the shape and distribution of primary crystal and eutectic silicon, The modification is long acting and remelting modification efficacy can pass down .

Range of application
The product contains mixed rare metal RE9~11%.which is applicable to modification treatment of aluminium silicon alloy with longer casting time,purification of aluminium . Liquid and addition of rare metal element RE.when it is used in aluminium industry. The allowed silicon impurity upper limit can rise from 0.09 to 0.14~0.15%.

Use method
1.Before use ,it shall be dried up.
2.Adding temperature:720℃~760℃.
3.Adding quantity ;Adding 0.03~0.15% RE into aluminium liquid will have different degree of modification and purification effect to different alloys and the economic addition shall be determined by testing, the reference use level shall be 0.3~1.5% of aluminium (fresh material）to be processed .
4.Effective duration of modification:4-8 hours.
5.Operating method:put alloy blocks into aluminium liquid mix up evenly after melting ,place for more than 10 minutes,skim the slag and cast trial bar, when fracture inspection in normal, pouring can be performed.
Fracture inspection:on-the-spot test bar size Φ12×100,the normal fracture is silver white silvery white type with fine and uniform grain size and no silicon spot.

Packaging and storage
This product is white metal block,250g each and 25kg for each packed carton .It shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place against moisture.
